Tickets are non transferable, and the named ticket holder must be present. If you cannot attend the performance due to testing positive for covid19 then we will exchange your ticket for another show or give you an account credit. Account credits last 12 months from the date of issue.. This is subject to you informing us prior to the show start time, either by telephone on 01924 211 311 or by email. No other refunds will be given, this includes for any missed participation sessions.
